DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP AND MUSIC
Kris is an inviting member of DLC with a passion for sharing her love of music. She has years of musical experience, dating back to the third grade, paving the way towards her becoming Director of Music and Worship at DLC. She has been a part of DLC since 2017.
Kris is married to her husband Don, and calls Fargo, ND home. They have six children and 4 grandchildren with two more on the way between them. When spreading music and joy to others at DLC, you can find her spending time at their lake cabin, being with their grandkids as much as possible, gardening, crafting, and spending time with Don.
Her favorite bible verses are ‘The Beatitudes’ from Matthew 5:1-12, especially when put to music.
Dani was born and raised in Dilworth, MN. She was confirmed and received her first communion here at Dilworth Lutheran Church. Dani started her career in healthcare, but it wasn’t until she became the bookkeeper for Dilworth Lutheran Church that she discovered her true calling and passion in the world of finance. She has continued to follow that passion and now works as bookkeeper for multiple area nonprofits.
Dani married her husband Tom in 2014 and all three of their children were baptized and attend DLC as well. Dani and her family enjoy spending the summers in the lakes area with family and friends and spend most of the fall and winter months attending their children’s sporting events.
