Knowing God through God’s Word is central to our life together as a church. At Dilworth Lutheran, people of all ages have opportunities to dive into God’s Word.
SEASONAL BIBLE STUDIES
AND SMALL GROUPS
Each fall and during Lent, the forty days before Easter, we offer six-week themed small group Bible studies. These studies meet at four different times during the week, Sundays, Wednesdays, mornings and evenings. Often using books as resources, these groups address current events and perennial questions of faith. During the summer months, additional themed studies are offered by pastors and lay people. Sign-ups for these studies are located online and outside of the church sanctuary.
BIBLE STUDY SIGN UP
THURSDAY MORNING DEVOTIONS
Thursday mornings at 10am, all people are invited for a rotation of book studies and Bible studies. Meeting forty-eight weeks a year, this group dives deep into the Bible and prayer. Please contact the church office for more information.
MEN’S BIBLE STUDY
During four, six to eight week sessions a year, men of the church meet for 6am Bible study at the Fryn’ Pan on Highway 10. The men rotate between studying the weekly scripture and book studies. Please contact the church office for more information.
BEFRIENDER MINISTRY
Our BeFriender Ministry is a new addition to Dilworth Lutheran Church, in which trained lay persons enter into caring relationships with those in need of pastoral care, providing emotional and spiritual support.
